Beach bonfires / events are:
Beach bonfires and events are regulated by the Walton County Code Enforcement and South Walton Fire Department. Permit requests are granted on a first come / first serve basis. This applies to schedule changes due to customer preference, weather, aquatic turtle nesting seasons / locations, winds and/or local burn bans. This applies to current permit holders as well a new permits. These restrictions are beyond our control.
Weather Conditions ONLY…
Due to the nature of our events, we cannot offer refunds due to weather conditions. We do not cancel events unless absolutely necessary due to weather/safety. If weather prevents your event, we will try to reschedule if possible, subject to company availability and county permitting accessibility. Additional permit fees will apply. If customer wishes to cancel/relocate event, this must be done before 3PM, Monday- Friday or normal business hours of the Walton County Code Enforcement & Walton County Fire Department and at least 24 hours in advance of event start. If you would like to cancel due to weather please call us as soon as possible to discuss options. Due to permitting fees, deposit is non-refundable in all situations.
Sea Turtle Nesting Season (May-October)
Sea Turtle Nesting Season is very important to us and the community. Permits are denied in areas where active turtles nests are located. This sometimes happens unexpectedly, even after permits have been issued and approved. If this happens we will do our very best to move your event to the next closest, comparable, available location on the date requested. New permit fees will apply. Artificial lighting must be off by 9PM during nesting season. Artificial lights require additional permitting.
Cancellations…
All other cancellations must made at least 2 weeks ahead of your event date & before permit is purchased. Only then the permitting fee will be refunded.
(Non-Refundable deposit is due at time of booking *Deposit is half of package price)
Cancellations made inside the 2 week window before your event are non-refundable. All events require a Non-Refundable deposit that is due at time of booking

50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Reservations are strictly first come, first pay basis.
